About the role
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to join a small and supportive care team providing one-to-one care for a 26-year-old female client with complex clinical needs in Studham, Dunstable.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Support someone with tracheostomy with ventilation, spinal injury, acquired brain injury (ABI), type 2 diabetes, and challenging behaviors.
- Engage with the client's family to enable her to get out, explore, and fully enjoy life.
Requirements
- A legal right to work in the UK
- Own reliable method of transport (due to location)
- Must be female
- Experience in Acquired brain injury is advantageous
- This role requires a confident, experienced support worker who is proactive and excellent at building relationships and maintaining boundaries.

Schedule
Shifts available: Nights 20:00-08:00 - Full time hours available. Please note while hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
Location
The care package is based in a rural location with no access to public transport.
