About the Role

Duly Health and Care in Bolingbrook is seeking a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon committed to empowering health and elevating care for patients while pursuing innovative solutions with their care team. This role will complement our established Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) program and help meet the growing demand for female pelvic health services in Chicago’s western suburbs, primarily at our Bolingbrook and Naperville locations.

The practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of female pelvic floor and reconstructive urologic conditions, including both clinical and surgical care, while collaborating closely with our team of urologists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.

Requirements

  • A Urology residency followed by a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) is required.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $525,000 - $550,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Total target cash compensation may range between $550,000 - $700,000, which includes eligibility for:
