Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon - Arizona Urology Specialists
About the role
AzUrology is seeking a Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon to join our established urology practice. You will focus on advanced female urology and pelvic floor care, offering specialized evaluation and treatment for complex pelvic disorders using both surgical and non-surgical approaches. The clinical scope includes procedures such as slings, InterStim, urethral bulking, bladder Botox, pessary fitting, and minimally invasive robotic techniques. This opportunity is well suited for a fellowship-trained physician or resident who is passionate about women’s pelvic health and interested in building a high-impact subspecialty practice within a supportive, physician-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer specialized evaluation and treatment for complex pelvic disorders using both surgical and non-surgical approaches
- Perform procedures such as slings, InterStim, urethral bulking, bladder Botox, pessary fitting, and minimally invasive robotic techniques
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients with pelvic floor disorders
- Contribute to the development and growth of the Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) subspecialty within the practice
Requirements
- BE/BC in Urology with sub-specialty certification or fellowship training in FPMRS
- Experience in advanced female urology and pelvic floor care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- MD/DO degree
- Current medical license in Arizona
- Passing score on the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)
