Position Overview

We’re seeking a Female Exercise Specialist who combines expertise in movement with genuine warmth and encouragement. You’ll deliver personalized, in-home fitness sessions across Richmond and nearby areas, helping clients improve posture, mobility, strength, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalized, one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site)
• Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility and longevity
• Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals
• Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits
• Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar)
• CPR/AED certified

Pay

Compensation: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
