Hired In Michigan Career Institute provides short-term career training for individuals seeking felon-friendly employment in Metro Detroit. Our mission is to connect hiring companies with people ready to work, offering a wide range of job opportunities including virtual customer service support representative, business development executive professional, virtual employee recruitment professional, office executive administrative assistant, social media sales professional, clerical office support, manufacturing/general labor, CDL (A,B,C) truck driving, customer service representative, weekend/seasonal jobs, mystery shopping positions, GED/high school diploma, commission only positions, and information technology.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a virtual environment
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Recruit and onboard new employees
  • Manage office operations efficiently
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote company services
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Handle manufacturing and general labor tasks
  • Drive CDL (A,B,C) truck routes
  • Engage in customer service interactions
  • Conduct mystery shopping assignments
  • Assist with GED/high school diploma preparation
  • Work in commission-based roles
  • Support IT-related projects

Requirements
