Fellowship Analyst (Finance)
Job Description
The Fellowship Analyst Program is administered by the CEO and provides a unique opportunity to learn multiple facets and functions of how our company does business. We are seeking a recent college graduate (Class of 2026) with exceptional work ethic, good organizational skills, and a strong drive to succeed. Candidates must be open to starting their day early and working onsite from our state-of-the-art HQ offices in Crystal City daily.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and functional support to the Finance team.
- Initial tasking will be working in Project Controls, leveraging and improving Excel models to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance for multi-million-dollar government contracts.
- Learn forecasting and financial operations and given exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to understand how potential acquisitions are evaluated and closed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Aid in the development and management of opportunity artifacts, templates, and schedules.
- Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to develop potential solutions.

- A recent college graduate from the Class of 2026 (Spring).

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities.
- Experience with MS Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Skills
- Relevant internship experience in the Government or national security space.
- Published articles, reports, or studies authored or co-authored by applicant.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000-60,000. There are numerous factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the role, work location, education/certifications, and a contract's Labor Categories.
Schedule
Onsite, standard workday (40 hours per week).
