About the role

You will be a thought leader and skilled practitioner, focused on helping our clients transform their organizations through product portfolio, innovation and design, product optimization, category management, and supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvement, deliver successful business results, and develop broad-based strategies for a diverse set of clients.
  • Examples of the type of work could include:
    • Driving product optimization through analytics-to-value/design-to-value
    • Driving strategic sourcing to capture value
    • Defining new operating model by optimizing Source-to-Pay processes through digitally-enabled procurement transformation programs
    • Designing new organizational structure and reporting relationships
    • Developing future-focused capabilities and mindsets
    • Instituting rigorous governance and performance-management methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s students graduating spring/summer 2027 with engineering or supply chain focus preferred
  • Industry awareness in basic materials, chemicals, financial services, healthcare, high-tech, oil & gas, or pharmaceuticals is desired
  • Demonstrated track record of assessing and driving transformational improvements
  • Knowledge of the full value chain, including purchasing/supply management, product development, manufacturing, lean, etc.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Comfortable with up to 80% travel. Ability to travel to and work in varying environments that may be challenging and/or not accessible (e.g., factories, hospitals, mines)
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
