Making sure hoppers stay full and nothing runs out
Maintain hoppers to ensure they are always full.
Change materials during mold changes
Prepare and change materials as needed during mold changes.
Dumping regrind barrel and using regrind as applicable
- Dump regrind barrel as needed.
- Use regrind as appropriate.
Drive a Hilo Blending material
- Operate Hilo Blending material as directed.
Keeping feed room swept and clean
- Sweep and clean the feed room regularly.
Banding and putting away color changes
- Band and store color changes as required.
Setting up color changes
- Prepare and set up color changes as needed.
Consuming lot track labels
- Verify and consume lot track labels as required.
Helping out on receiving dock when needed
- Assist with receiving dock tasks as needed.
Making sure the correct material is loaded
- Ensure the correct material is loaded into equipment.
Completing cycle counts as required
- Complete cycle counts as needed.
Setup of MacGuire units to proper letdown ratio
- Configure MacGuire units to the correct letdown ratio.
Cleaning and replacing filters on presses and surge bins along with dryers as required
- Clean and replace filters on presses, surge bins, and dryers as needed.
Verifying feed room equipment is working properly including dryers
- Check and confirm that feed room equipment, particularly dryers, are functioning correctly.
Reporting when there is a malfunction
- Notify supervisors or maintenance when equipment malfunctions.
Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
- Ensure adherence to relevant quality and environmental standards.
Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and follow company policies.
