Feed Operations Technician

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Operate control room/scale in feed mill setting providing sound technical ability.
- Receive feed ingredients and transfer to appropriate bins.
- Fill feed orders daily, ensuring quality and satisfaction for the customer base.
- Document maintenance according to OSHA Standards.
- Affix daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance checks.
- Affix minor improvements to equipment and facilities, as needed.
- Assist with other locations, as needed.
Requirements
- Must be an energetic team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. from the floor to minimum height of 36”.
- Must be able to work in a feed mill environment.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, climb, expose to heights, heat, and cold.
- Must comply with all company safety policies for AgState.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to obtain a Class ACDL if required.
