Feed Mill Production - 2nd shift

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Feed Mill Production team member to join our North Mill team in Fort Recovery.
Schedule
Monday through Friday 4:15pm‑2:45am
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $20.80, with the potential to increase to $22.30 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year‑end profit‑sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).
Responsibilities
- Maximizing production while maintaining the highest quality feed
- Following established feed mixing procedures while following all safe food/safe feed guidelines
- Keeping feed inventories accurate and properly rotated
- Keeping the feed mill clean and organized
- Completing all required paperwork
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reading and writing skills as well as strong communication skills
- Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty conditions
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and climb ladders
