Shift Details
- Monday through Friday 4:15pm-2:45am
- Starting hourly rate: $20.80 with potential increase to $22.30 after 90 days
- Additional pay: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Training
All training will be provided for this entry level position.
Job Functions
- Maximizing production while maintaining the highest quality feed
- Following established feed mixing procedures while following all safe food/safe feed guidelines
- Keeping feed inventories accurate and properly rotated
- Keeping the feed mill clean and organized
- Completing all required paperwork
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reading and writing skills as well as strong communication skills
- Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty conditions
- Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and climb ladders
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
