Fee for Service Clinician (Essex, Hudson or Union County)

About the role

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is seeking a Per Diem – Fee For Service In‑Home Clinician for the Partnership for Children program located in Northern NJ, primarily serving Union, Essex and Hudson counties. The program is designed to prevent disruption of a child’s placement, improve the use of positive coping strategies, and reduce clinically significant symptomatology by providing time‑limited, collaborative clinical and behavioral assistance services.

Responsibilities

• Individual and family counseling as authorized
• Complete required clinical and billing paperwork

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health or social work discipline
• Valid LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC
• 1 year post‑Master’s experience providing services to children
• Valid driver's license

Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay

• Fee for service: pay based on each completed/billable hour of service provided
• Pay range: $60‑$75 per hour

Schedule

Varies; evenings and weekends.
