FedEx Delivery Driver (L20)

About the role

Pegasus Logistics Inc., located in Salem, OR, is seeking FedEx Delivery Drivers. This position offers flexible schedules for both full-time and part-time roles, starting your new career within days.

Responsibilities

- Operate vehicles safely at all times. - Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences. - Perform daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking fluid levels. - Load and organize daily deliveries. - Work independently and as part of a team. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with managers. - Accurately operate scanners and track the delivery process. - Ensure accurate disposition of packages and maintain high standards of integrity. - Deliver routes consistently and on time.

Requirements

- At least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. - Pass a drug test (including marijuana) with ongoing random drug screens. - Pass a DOT physical. - Able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. using a hand truck. - Complete a FedEx Ground criminal background check. - Have reliable transportation to and from work. - Be punctual and ready to work each workday. - Be able to climb stairs. - Work in all types of weather conditions. - Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Paid Training

Training will cover delivery/route procedures, standard equipment operations, customer service skills, and driver safety.
