Federation Manager
About the role
This position is at the Regional Simulation Center, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS, supporting the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking best qualified individuals for this task order. The expected start date is September 27th, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Identify and quickly troubleshoot problems on federate systems (co-located and at remote sites), RTI infrastructure software, client system software and networking
- Serve as a manager of the JLCCTC Federation and as a communications hub for multiple simultaneous events
- Advise government representatives on technical recommendations and timelines with regards to JLCCTC capabilities
- Ensure all exercise databases are complete, accurate, functional and on time
Requirements
- Knowledge of configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLCCTC federate systems
- 5 years’ experience in JLCCTC technical and operational competencies, including experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLCCTC federate systems
- 5 years’ experience within the past 10 years, in planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integration of Army Mission Command Systems in support of distributed exercises
- Experience with managing multiple simultaneous events
Qualifications
- United States citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- DoDD 8570.01-M IAT II (Security+ / OS Cert)
- United States Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Network Security Management, or a related field
