About the role
The Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships is currently looking for a Student Administrative Assistant to join their Federal Programs area.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and sorting of incoming custodial scholarship mail.
- Scanning mail documents.
- Auditing and alphabetizing scholarship check information.
- Aiding with outreach and cases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a current UF student.
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
- Available to work 10 hours a week.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
