Federal Project Manager - US Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Federal Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead large, complex project initiatives in a remote setting, with a focus on delivering federal and public safety communications efforts on time and within budget. The position will partner with internal stakeholders and serve as the primary representative on assigned projects, ensuring disciplined execution across scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Success in this role will depend on strong project planning, budget oversight, and the ability to guide cross-functional work through clear communication and negotiation. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Lead large and complex project initiatives Apply PMBOK principles, demonstrating expertise in at least two areas Oversee the development of comprehensive project plans Establish and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and create action plans Serve as the primary representative for assigned projects Ensure project objectives are met within time and budget constraints Manage quality, cost, and time constraints effectively Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of project/program management experience, or 5+ years in a similar role PMP certification highly desired; PM Masters Certificate is a plus Experience in public safety communications, cellular infrastructure, military communications, or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills Benefits Incentive bonus plans Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match 10 paid holidays Generous paid time off packages Employee stock purchase plan Paid parental and family leave And more Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
