Federal Programs Community Liaison(Temporary)
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate (deadline, application instructions, EEO, etc). Also remove duplicated lines. Must include schedule info: "4 hours/day, 196 days/year". Also salary range info: "Salary Range 16 $27.42 to $37.58/hour Salary Range 16 (To be paid at range 17 once bilingual proficiency is verified) $27.42 to $37.58/hour (Range 10: $28.24-$38.68)". This is confusing but we need to include pay info as given. Also benefits? Not mentioned. So we may not include Benefits section unless present. The posting mentions "grant-funded position". No explicit benefits. So we skip Benefits. Schedule: we have "4 hours/day, 196 days/year". Also projected start date etc but that's maybe schedule? The instruction: include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state schedule (hours per day, days per year). So we include Schedule.
We need sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions, Other Job Functions), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications? maybe Requirements includes Education, Training, Experience, Licensure, etc), Qualifications (maybe Knowledge Of, Skill In), Skills (maybe same as Skill In). But we must not create thin sections; prefer few substantive sections. We can combine similar info.
We need to decide which headings to use based on content.
We have:
- Position Summary (About the role)
- Essential Job Functions (Responsibilities)
- Other Job Functions (maybe also Responsibilities)
- Minimum Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Licensure, etc) -> could be Requirements or Qualifications.
- Knowledge Of ... (list) -> could be Qualifications.
- Skill In ... -> could be Skills.
- Physical Requirements -> maybe Requirements or separate? Could be part of Requirements.
- Workplace Expectations -> maybe Responsibilities? Could be part of Responsibilities.
- Salary info -> Pay.
- Schedule info -> Schedule.
We should not create sections with placeholder or thin content. We need to ensure each section has substantive content.
Let's extract content:
Position Summary: "The purpose of the Federal Programs/Community Liaison is to support students and families served by Federal Programs including our Newcomer Program, Multilingual Learners, McKinney-Vento, Title Programs, and Foster Care, among others. The Community Liaison will assist families with accessing resources and support for district and community-based referrals, support student engagement, and provide district-level translation and interpretation services. This position will also support staff with data entry and preparation. Strong communication skills, trauma-informed care, and cultural competency are essential for this position. Spanish-speaking applicants are highly preferred. This is a grant-funded position."
That's substantive.
Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions list (multiple bullet points). Also Other Job Functions list. Also Workplace Expectations list (maintain attendance, confidentiality, dress, etc). We can combine into Responsibilities.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Licensure, Certification). Also Physical Requirements? Might be separate but could be part of Requirements. We'll include Physical Requirements under Requirements as well.
Qualifications: Knowledge Of list (Designated language, Principles of child development, Office practices, etc). Could be Qualifications.
Skills: Skill In list (basic clerical functions, arithmetic, office equipment, English use, gather sensitive info, interact with diverse backgrounds, effective communication, understanding instructions, time management, reading/interpreting rules, rapidly learning methods). Could be Skills.
Pay: Salary range info.
Schedule: "4 hours/day, 196 days/year". Also maybe mention temporary position for 2026/2027 school year only, IN-DISTRICT APPLICANTS ONLY, but that's more about eligibility not schedule. We'll keep schedule as given.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We must not include boilerplate like deadline, application instructions, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
About the role
...position summary...

or drop it. This is metadata about eligibility; we could include a short
under Requirements or maybe under About the role? But we already have About the role summary. Could add a note: "This is a temporary position for the 2026/2027 school year only; in-district applicants only." We'll include as a paragraph under Requirements maybe. Also "Projected Start Date: Approximately October 15, 2026 . Exact date to be determined by the district." This is schedule-related but not hours. Could be included in Schedule section as note. However schedule section only for hours/days? The instruction: include Schedule section only when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have schedule (hours/day, days/year). Also start date could be considered schedule. We'll include both. Thus Schedule section:
4 hours/day, 196 days/year. Projected start date approximately October 15, 2026 (exact date to be determined by the district). Temporary position for the 2026/2027 school year only; in-district applicants only.
But we must not repeat job title. OK. Now Pay section: we need to include the salary range info exactly as given, but we can clean up duplication. Original: "Salary Range 16 $27.42 to $37.58/hour Salary Range 16 (To be paid at range 17 once bilingual proficiency is verified) $27.42 to $37.58/hour (Range 10: $28.24-$38.68)". This seems messy. Likely they meant: Salary Range 16: $27.42 to $37.58/hour (To be paid at range 17 once bilingual proficiency is verified). Also Range 10: $28.24-$38.68 (maybe a typo). We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must include exactly what is written, but we can format as a paragraph. However we should not repeat duplicated lines? The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. There's duplication: "Salary Range 16 $27.42 to $37.58/hour" appears twice. We should deduplicate. Also the parenthetical "(Range 10: $28.24-$38.68)"
