Federal Immigration Litigation Attorney (9th Circuit)

Responsibilities

• Safely move, deliver, receive, and park vehicles around the lot, shop, and service areas.
• Perform thorough vehicle cleaning and detailing, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, window cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
• Complete vehicle readiness checks before and after use, including fuel level, tire condition, fluids, warning lights, visible damage, missing items, and overall presentation.
• Support customer handovers by ensuring vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready on time.
• Keep the lot and shop clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Aid in physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Clean driving record and strong commitment to safe, responsible driving.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Previous experience in car washing, detailing, vehicle preparation, rental operations, or automotive service.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance/repair is a plus.
• Spanish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar license and good standing in any U.S. state.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-J.D. litigation experience.
• Experience appearing in court and handling litigation matters.
• Strong understanding of court procedures and courtroom protocol.
• Ability to manage complex cases, competing deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and advocacy skills.
