Federal Health Advisory Associate Director
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to parse the posting.
Job posting content:
- Job Family Strategy & Transformation Consulting
- Travel Required Up to 25%
- Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust
- What You Will Do: description and bullet list (primary responsibilities)
- What You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years professional experience supporting federal clients, demonstrated success in project management and delivery execution, Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US citizenship required), This role requires three (3) days on-site each week at the FDA White Oak Campus in White Oak, Maryland
- What Would Be Nice To Have: list of nice-to-have items (Master's degree, proven experience working directly with executive leadership, etc.)
- The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors...

- About Guidehouse: EEO etc. Should be removed as boilerplate.
We need sections: About the role (maybe corresponds to "What You Will Do"? Actually "About the role" could be a summary. The posting has "What You Will Do" which describes responsibilities. Could map to "Responsibilities". "What You Will Need" maps to "Requirements" or "Qualifications". "What Would Be Nice To Have" could be "Skills" or "Qualifications". The salary range is Pay. Benefits section is Benefits. Schedule: on-site requirement (3 days on-site each week) could be Schedule. Travel required up to 25% could also be schedule? But schedule section is for work schedule; we can include both travel and on-site days.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Thus sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing the role? The posting didn't have a separate "About the role" paragraph; but we could use the introductory sentences before "What You Will Do": "Job Family Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required Up to 25% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust". That's not a prose description. Could we treat that as "About the role"? Might be thin but it's specific. However guidelines: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. The lines "Job Family Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required Up to 25% Clearance Required Ability to Obtain Public Trust" are specific. Could be considered "About the role". But maybe better to combine into Responsibilities? Actually "What You Will Do" is responsibilities. So we could skip About the role if no dedicated paragraph. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could put that info under Responsibilities as a preamble. However guidelines: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we must include all; we include only those with content.
Thus we can have:
Responsibilities
with the list from "What You Will Do". Also include the introductory sentence maybe as a
Responsibilities
with the list from "What You Will Do". Also include the introductory sentence maybe as abefore list.
Requirements
with "What You Will Need" content.Qualifications
maybe for "What Would Be Nice To Have"? But guidelines separate Qualifications and Skills. Could treat "What Would Be Nice To Have" as Skills. Or we could have both Qualifications (mandatory) and Skills (nice-to-have). The posting has mandatory requirements (Bachelor's degree, 10+ years, clearance, on-site). Nice-to-have list is extensive. So we can put Requirements = mandatory, Skills = nice-to-have. Pay: salary range. Benefits: list. Schedule: on-site 3 days per week, travel up to 25%. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. So we cut About Guidehouse and all that. We must preserve all substantive info: ensure we keep all bullet points from responsibilities, requirements, nice-to-have, benefits, salary, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet exactly as given (maybe minor formatting). Use- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose. Thus structure:
Responsibilities
[maybe a brief prose summarizing the role? The "What You Will Do" paragraph before the list: "You will support high-impact initiatives for the Food and Drug Administration, leading complex projects that improve financial, acquisition, mission, and operational performance across the enterprise. This role requires direct engagement with executive leadership, ownership of delivery execution, and strong command of project management discipline." That's prose. Then the list of responsibilities starts with "Your primary responsibilities will include:" then bullet list. We'll treat that as prose then list. Thus:
