About the role
The Douglas School District is seeking a highly motivated Federal Grant Administrator and Grant Writer to lead the identification, development, submission, and management of federal grant opportunities that support student achievement and district initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Works closely with district leaders, staff, and community partners to secure external funding
- Ensures compliance with federal regulations
- Oversight of grant implementation and reporting
Requirements
- Strong grant writing and project management experience
- Passion for expanding educational opportunities through innovative funding solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in grant writing and/or project management
- Experience working with federal grant programs
