Federal Finance & Procurement Lead (TS Clearance)

Work You'll Do

• Lead finance, procurement, and strategic sourcing operations, analytics, and automation efforts for a Federal Law Enforcement client.
• Lead a team responsible for the overall program management of strategic sourcing operations, including designing, deploying, and managing technical solutions (via Power Platform) as well as delivering routine and ad-hoc data reporting requests.
• Develop technical solutions and brief Executive stakeholders on program progress, identified improvement areas, and creation of proactive strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex financial and procurement data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the development of technical analysis solutions using Microsoft tools including Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with client and project team members to maintain reporting accuracy, support ongoing requests, and improve existing data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
• Experience managing complex datasets and transforming data into stakeholder reports
• 8+ years of experience supporting federal agencies with project, program, or financial management support
• Able to travel 5-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
