Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex contracting processes for major clients including federal courts and agencies
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth for an assigned book of business
- Develop and implement compliance strategies for federal regulations and customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracting strategies such as cooperative agreements and MSAs
- Advise the procurement team on overall process and strategic deals
- Cook with General Counsel regarding evolving AI requirements
Qualifications
- Law degree preferred
- Extensive experience in complex contracting, specifically within government procurement processes
- Proven track record managing high-value contracts and customer relationships
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster strong partnerships
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in AI/Legal Tech industries is a plus
