Federal Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for complex contracting processes for major clients including federal courts and agencies
• Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth for an assigned book of business
• Develop and implement compliance strategies for federal regulations and customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracting strategies such as cooperative agreements and MSAs
• Advise the procurement team on overall process and strategic deals
• Cook with General Counsel regarding evolving AI requirements

Qualifications

• Law degree preferred
• Extensive experience in complex contracting, specifically within government procurement processes
• Proven track record managing high-value contracts and customer relationships
• Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and foster strong partnerships
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience in AI/Legal Tech industries is a plus
