Responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles including budgeting, scheduling, federal compliance (FAR), subcontractor buyout, and owner relations.
• Manage occupied-facility constraints and coordinate closely with agency representatives (USACE/VA).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial or public works GC Project Manager.
• Strong familiarity with public agency protocols.
• Background in design-build construction a plus.
• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is a plus.

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year
