We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description paragraphs. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Description At Weston Solutions, Inc. you will do meaningful work..." That's about the role/company. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as prose in

. Then "Location: West Chester, PA" - minor metadata, can be short

. Then "Key Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes:" with bullet-like sentences. We'll create a

  • list for responsibilities. Then "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:" list of requirements. Could be split into Requirements and Skills? The instruction says we can have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content fits. We have "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:" which includes education, experience, abilities. That could be Requirements (or Qualifications). Also "Preferred Experience:" list. We could combine Requirements (mandatory) and Preferred Experience as part of Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both, maybe we create a Requirements section for mandatory, and Qualifications for preferred? But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine into one Requirements section covering both mandatory and preferred. Skills: The posting mentions "Superior communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills. Expert knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6." Also "Proficiency with RMS, Procore, or other construction management software." Also certifications. Those could go under Skills. Benefits: The posting says "We fully invest in our people: Weston provides a generous, comprehensive benefits package program that offers employees high value options with solid financial protection, meeting the personal needs of its people and their families. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with base and matching employer stock contributions. Paid time off includes personal, holiday and parental. Life and disability plans. Critical illness and accident plans. Work/Life flexibility. Professional development opportunities." That's benefits content. Pay: "Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: $87,612 - $115,841 - $143,965". That's pay info. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule section. We also need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information. Not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location, responsibilities bullet points, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's craft. Structure:

    • Represent Weston professionally to promote capabilities and build connections within the industry.
    • Build strong connections and foster collaborative relationships with major stakeholders.
    • Create a positive, high-quality work environment built on open communication and clearly defined expectations.
    • Proactively identify project issues, develop options, and implement corrective actions.
    • React effectively and collaboratively to changing project conditions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management.
    • Minimum of 4-8 years' experience managing fixed-price construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Federal Projects (DoD/USACE experience highly preferred).
    • Experience managing project budgets of $10M+ gross.
    • Ability to track costs, forecast accurately (ETC), manage project profitability (NIBT, margins), and drive project underruns.
    • Demonstrated success in both managing federal construction projects and actively contributing to business development efforts, including client relationship building and proposal generation.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse project teams (including geographically dispersed members) on projects of moderate size, scope, and complexity.

    • Prior experience as a Contractor Quality Control Site Manager and Site Safety and Health Officer for Federal /DOD projects or the equivalent.
    • Completed USACE Construction Quality Control Manager Certification and 40-Hr OSHA Training, or the ability to complete these in 3-months.
    • Direct experience managing both fixed-price and cost-reimbursable DoD and/or USACE construction projects.
    • Experience managing projects in the field with daily direct client interaction.
    • Proficiency with RMS, Procore, or other construction management software.
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is a plus.

    Skills

    • Superior communication (written and verbal) and active listening skills.
    • Expert knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
    • Proficiency with RMS, Procore, or other construction management software.
But we have duplicated communication and MS Office etc already in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps better to move those to Skills section and keep Requirements focused on education/experience. However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one section? But we have headings defined; we can still include both if they have substantive content. However we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting's "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:" includes education, experience, abilities, communication, MS Office, etc. Then "Preferred Experience:" separate. So we could treat "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:" as Requirements (including skills). And "Preferred Experience:" as Qualifications. Then we could have a Skills section maybe not needed if we already covered skills in Requirements. But we could still have Skills section for specific technical skills like MS Project, RMS, Procore, etc. However those are already in Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Might be okay to have both but avoid duplication. Better: Use Requirements for education/experience/mandatory abilities. Use Qualifications for preferred experience/certifications. Use Skills for technical proficiencies (MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, RMS, Procore). Benefits section as described. Pay section as described. Let's craft: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 4-8 years experience, $10M+ budgets, ability to track costs/forecast, demonstrated success managing federal construction projects and business development, ability to lead diverse teams, ability to travel/react to changing conditions. Qualifications: Security clearance, CQC Site Manager/SSHO, USACE CQC Cert + 40-hr OSHA, direct experience managing fixed-price and cost-reimbursable DoD/USACE, field experience with daily client interaction, proficiency with RMS/Procore, P.E./PMP/CCM. Skills: Superior communication (written/verbal) and active listening, expert knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, proficient in MS Project and/or Primavera P6. But note that proficiency with RMS/Procore appears also in Qualifications; we could keep it there and not duplicate in Skills. However we might still include it in Skills if we want. To avoid duplication, maybe keep RMS/Procore in Qualifications only, and Skills limited to communication and MS Office/MS Project. Let's decide. We'll output:
