Responsibilities
- Manage the RFI and submittal processes.
- Track project documentation.
- Assist with subcontractor change orders.
- Update project schedules.
- Support the PM and Superintendent with closeout packages.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM with a commercial or public works GC.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience.
Pay
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
