Federal Back-End Engineer

For a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Federal Back-End Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position strengthens data-driven execution and helps teams focus on key metrics within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop core product features in ETL and GraphQL
• Design backend APIs for data interactions
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines
• Collaborate with frontend team to improve UX
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years professional software engineering experience
• Expert proficiency in SQL
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and container technologies
• Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Current security clearance or ability to obtain TS clearance

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
