Featured Dirty Job Needs Doing

I've got a paint room at my shop in Baxter that needs cleaning. The room uses lacquer paints, which create dust overspray that collects on the fan box and two internal fans. It hasn't been cleaned in a few years and requires a thorough job—more than the usual maintenance. Some stands and jigs in the room may also need replacing or sanding.

Responsibilities

• Clean the fan box and two internal fans, removing built-up lacquer dust overspray
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble fans to restore them to like-new condition
• Perform a deep clean of the entire paint room
• Replace or sand stands and jigs as needed (light woodworking)

Requirements

• Own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
• Bring basic tools, including cordless power tools
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable with disassembling/reassembling equipment
• Willing to work in a dirty, dusty environment
• Reliable, responsible, and hard-working

Pay

$25 per hour minimum. Bonus pay available for high-quality, efficient work.
