Dirty Job Needs Doing

I've got a paint room at my shop in Baxter that needs cleaning. The room has lacquer-paint overspray dust buildup on the fan box and two internal fans that hasn’t been cleaned in years. The paint room itself also requires a deep clean beyond our regular maintenance. Some stands and jigs in the room will need sanding or replacement.

Responsibilities

• Remove, disassemble, and thoroughly clean the two fans to like-new condition
• Re-install the fans once cleaned
• Perform a deep clean of the entire paint room
• Sanding or replacing paint stands and jigs as needed
• Handle light woodworking tasks related to the above

Requirements

• Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Must own basic tools, including cordless power tools
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment
• Willing to work in a dirty, dusty environment with black lacquer overspray
• No drug users or heavy drinkers

Pay

$25 per hour minimum, with potential for bonus pay based on quality and quantity of work.

I will provide all necessary protective gear, cleaning supplies, and any additional tools required to complete the job properly.
