Responsibilities

• Review, reconcile, and enter items received into the accounting system.
• Manage and direct accountants’ duties and tasks related to department functions.
• Prepare reports at various intervals showing departmental, project, or company accounting metrics.
• Prepare, review, and/or audit various budgets.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and reports.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities to provide information and answer questions related to accounting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of progressive responsibility in similar accounting positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exposure to accounting software(s).
