Key Responsibilities
- Gather detailed information on new development requests and reported issues, triaging to appropriate teams
- Review and resolve internal automation platform issues via ticketing systems
- Apply prioritization frameworks to ensure critical requests are addressed efficiently
- Maintain clear communication between stakeholders and developers throughout issue resolution
- Update and maintain technical documentation based on support activity
- Stay current on automation tools and evolving travel technology capabilities
- Ensure service agreements are upheld to drive client satisfaction and retention
- Test code in development and staging environments prior to operational handoff
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Experience & Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to learn new automation systems
- Experience implementing and supporting SAP Compleat automation platform
- Strong knowledge of automation workflows (pre QC, QC, pre-ticket, auto-ticket, post-ticket)
- Familiarity with OBTs such as Concur, DEEM, or Cytric
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Strong client interaction and technical communication skills
- Basic understanding of Web Services, XML, and SQL databases
- Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and SCRUM methodologies (preferred)
- Experience with travel technology automation platforms (preferred)
- Amadeus GDS experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Concur RRF (Routine Request Form)
