Financial Controller (HERbeauty)
Responsibilities
- Lead treasury, cash flow, working capital, and all funded/non-funded financing activities.
- Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, LCs, loan disbursements, repayments, and legal documentation.
- Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, financial feasibility studies, and support cost optimization.
- Ensure financial reporting, taxation, audit, SECP, SBP, and credit rating compliance.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 12 to 15 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, banking, taxation, and regulatory compliance, preferably in the sugar or manufacturing industry.
Manager Administration (Fatima Group)
Responsibilities
- Oversee all administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support services.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Oversee facility management and office maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
- Support management in administrative tasks and events.
Officer Corporate Affairs (Reliance Weaving Mills Limited – Multan)
Responsibilities
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws, PSX regulations, SECP requirements, and governance frameworks.
- Coordinate general meetings and shareholder communications.
- Liaise with directors, management, shareholders, and external auditors.
- Handle shareholder queries and support investor relations activities.
- Update the company’s website in line with SECP requirements.
Qualifications
- MBA/LLB/ACCA with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Assistant Manager Procurement (Reliance Weaving Mills Limited – Multan)
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQs, negotiations, CSTs, and purchase orders (POs).
- Source and develop reliable suppliers for textile, spinning, engineering, and operational materials.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts to achieve the best value.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, resolve material issues, and process GRNs and invoices.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the textile and spinning market to ensure cost-effective sourcing and uninterrupted supply.
Qualifications
- MBA/MS in Supply Chain Management or BBA
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in the textile (Spinning) industry.
Deputy Manager Accounts (Reliance Weaving Mills Limited – Multan)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and finalize monthly management accounts and trial balance specifically for the Spinning Division.
- Responsible for monthly inventory closing and accurate valuation of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
- Liaise with production and store teams for timely reporting of consumption and production data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IFRS, and applicable tax and corporate regulations.
Qualifications
- CA Finalist with minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the textile sector.
General Manager – Spinning Operations
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all spinning operations to achieve production targets, efficiency, quality, and cost objectives.
- Ensure effective production planning (including BMR planning), process optimization, and control of waste, blend losses, and process variations.
- Oversee maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine reliability and operational performance.
- Optimize raw material utilization, blend management, and production of coarse counts and fancy yarn while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in the textile industry, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Manager – Fabric Procurement (Home Textile)
Responsibilities
- Procure greige and dyed fabrics to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for cost, quality, and timely delivery.
- Prepare RFQs, CSTs, and Purchase Orders while monitoring order execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and quality compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in fabric procurement and sourcing within the home textile industry.
Manager – Flexible Packaging Production
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end flexible packaging production to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
- Oversee the operation of Rotogravure Printing, Solvent-Based Lamination, Slitting, and Core Cutting machines.
- Supervise pre-press activities, including artwork, cylinders, inks, and film preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring print quality, surface tension, and COF.
Qualifications
- B.E. Engineering in Chemical or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant industry, including at least 3 years in a senior role.
