Pay

Base pay plus uncapped performance incentives, with first-year potential earnings of $60,000–$90,000+.

Responsibilities

• Represent Panda Exteriors in local communities
• Speak with homeowners about roofing, windows, siding, and solar services
• Schedule free, no-obligation inspections—no high-pressure selling
• Develop communication, leadership, and business skills
• Advance into training and leadership roles based on performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the day
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation to our New Jersey home base in Marlton, NJ
