Responsibilities

• Represent Panda Exteriors in local communities
• Speak with homeowners about roofing, windows, siding, and solar services
• Schedule free, no‑obligation inspections—no high‑pressure selling
• Develop communication, leadership, and business skills
• Advance into training and leadership roles based on performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors and walk throughout the day
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation to our North Carolina home base in Charlotte, NC
• Competitive and driven to succeed
• Coachable with a positive attitude
• Comfortable talking with people
• Interest in leadership and career growth
• Former athletes, military veterans, student leaders, or anyone with a strong team mentality are encouraged to apply
