About the role

The Fast Track Associate Spine Specialist is a high-impact developmental role designed for driven, coachable individuals seeking to build a long-term career in spine medical device sales. This position blends clinical exposure, sales execution, and structured training to develop future territory leaders.

Essential Functions

  • Pairs with the Spine Territory Manager to learn all aspects of territory management, case planning, and strategic growth.
  • Supports operating room case coverage, instrumentation management, and real-time product expertise during spine procedures.
  • Develops strong relationships with spine surgeons, OR staff, and key hospital stakeholders through professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.
  • Supports utilization and adoption of Globus enabling technologies, including Excelsius™ robotic navigation systems, within assigned accounts.
  • Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset by contributing to territory growth, case execution, and customer success.
  • Participates in comprehensive training programs to build clinical expertise and product knowledge.
  • Executes with operational excellence, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, case readiness, and follow-through.
  • Maintains and manages consignment and loaner inventory with accountability and attention to detail.
  • Analyzes territory data and customer needs to identify opportunities and drive informed decision-making.
  • Adapts quickly to changing environments, surgeon preferences, and case dynamics while maintaining composure and performance.
  • Represents Globus Medical with the highest level of ethics, integrity, and compliance.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–2+ years of successful experience in medical device or B2B sales.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply technical and clinical knowledge in real-world environments.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused and responsive approach.
  • Highly organized with a commitment to accountability and execution.
  • Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and a strong internal drive to achieve results.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring flexibility and urgency.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Willingness to relocate upon program completion.
