Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments, including health history, physical exams, and diagnostic imaging.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based care plans.
• Deliver skilled chiropractic adjustments and lead patients through corrective and rehabilitative exercises.
• Integrate modalities such as decompression therapy, laser therapy, and orthotics as part of comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on preventive care, posture, exercise, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Ensure every patient receives a five-star experience from their first visit to graduation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to record patient encounters and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited program
• Active Washington State license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Eligible for Malpractice Insurance in Washington State
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in chiropractic adjustments and manipulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Passionate about wellness, rehabilitation, and helping people live pain-free lives
