A Fast-Track Manager in Training program designed to develop leadership skills while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence at a high-volume carwash.

Responsibilities

• Model a strong commitment to safety and provide outstanding service to customers
• Advise on services, load customers, and maintain industry-leading quality standards
• Perform maintenance tasks with thorough training and support
• Develop team members through coaching and training

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and work around moving mechanical parts
• Comfort with operating electronic devices and working outdoors in various weather conditions
