Fast Track Manager

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or management experience in the service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Willingness to work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Ability to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Physical ability to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Ability to push/pull drums and materials with appropriate equipment
• Comfort working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Ability to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Ability to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Ability to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
