Responsibilities

• Serve and advise customers
• Ensure high-quality standards for customers
• Perform required maintenance work (training provided)

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• A degree or relevant management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work 5 days a week, including shifts from opening to closing
• Comfortable standing for up to 8+ hours per day
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, lifting up to 25 pounds, operating electronic devices, and working around moving mechanical parts
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

Pay & Benefits

$45,000 - $60,000 per year + incentive pay. Flexible scheduling, free car washes, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement are offered.
