About the role

New York Life Insurance Company is seeking leadership-oriented individuals for our Fast Track Partner program. Selected candidates will start as financial professionals to gain hands-on experience. Upon meeting program requirements, you’ll transition into management as an Associate Partner, responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals.

You’ll also enroll in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program designed to prepare you for success as a manager.

• NYLIC University training program, offering career-long support and growth
• Tuition reimbursement for certain advanced, professional designation courses
• Associate Partner Training Program: an intensive six-month program to prepare you for management success
• Three specialized support teams:
  • Advanced Planning Group
  • Eagle Strategies (for qualifying agents who are also Registered Representatives)
  • The Nautilus Group (for qualifying agents who pay a monthly subscription fee)
• A team of highly-trained product consultants to support client acquisition needs

$150,000 - $285,000 yearly
