New York Life is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program. Participants start as financial professionals and gain first-hand experience before transitioning into management as an associate partner.

Responsibilities

• Work with highly successful, established agents and managers
• Develop a clientele under the guidance of experienced professionals
• Gain hands-on experience in the field of financial advising and insurance
• Participate in a comprehensive three-year training program
• Receive marketing support and prospecting assistance

Requirements

• Advanced degrees, MBAs, prior business ownership experience, or a strong business mindset
• Live within commuting distance of Uniondale, NY
