Fast Track Insurance Partner

About the role

New York Life Insurance Company is seeking managers for the Fast Track Partner program. This program is designed for leadership-oriented individuals who can become Partners in the General Office. As a Partner, you'll start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience, then transition into management as an Associate Partner after meeting program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals
• Enroll in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive program to prepare you for management success

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in direct sales (excluding retail)
• Or 2+ years of people management/business ownership
• Or hold an MBA designation
