FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD (FULL TIME)

Location: 101 North East Avenue, Waukesha, WI 53186

Schedule

• Full time
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 pm to 12:00 am
• Weeknights: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience
• Adherence to company standards, HACCP, and accountability for shift staff

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure proper assembly and service of foods
• Maintain sanitation and safety of service and utility areas of the kitchen
• Ensure safe and efficient use of resources
• Provide quality customer service and one-on-one attention to detail
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards (presentation, sanitation, safety, portion control)
• Help plan menus and ensure timely, efficient meal service
• Supervise serving of meals and respond to customer complaints
• Train employees, assign and coordinate work, and promote efficiency and excellence
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow
• Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for kitchen, dining area, and equipment
• Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay

$17.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour
