FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD (FULL TIME)

About the role

Canteen is hiring a FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD position. Located at MDC Kendall CFA - 11011 Southwest 104th Street, Miami, FL 33176. Online applications only. Full time, Monday through Friday, flexible hours. Previous experience required. Fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour. Internal employee referral bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure proper assembly and service of foods, sanitation, and safety (HACCP and OSHA guidelines).
• Plan menus, ensure timely and efficient meal service, supervise serving of meals.
• Respond to customer complaints, train employees, assign tasks, expedite workflow.
• Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, ensure cleaning and sanitization of kitchen and dining areas.
• Contribute to the team, exhibit professionalism, perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience required.
