Fast Food Assistant Manager

This assistant manager position at a quick‑service restaurant involves ordering kitchen supplies and equipment, managing team schedules, monitoring costs, supervising staff performance, and hiring and training new team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations and ensure that the facility is clean and well‑maintained.
• Implement shift and operation schedules for team members.
• Verify that you and your team members are following relevant food‑handling safety requirements.
• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions on how to improve.
• Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
• Outstanding time‑management and organizational skills.
• Food‑service industry experience (required), preferably in fast‑food or quick‑service environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) required.

Pay

$16 – $18 hourly

Schedule

Must be available to work during normal business hours, including weekends and holidays.
