Fast Casual Restaurant Manager

About the role

PDQ is a fast casual restaurant concept offering food made from scratch with no added steroids, hormones, or nonsense. As a People Dedicated to Quality (PDQ) Manager, you will assist the Operating Director in ensuring guests’ expectations are exceeded, train and develop team members, and operate the business in accordance with PDQ standards. You will manage both front and heart of house operations, cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture, and ensure each shift meets business goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on kitchen experience (preferably in a leadership role)
• 1+ year of Restaurant Manager experience or 3+ years as a Shift Leader
• Fast Casual experience preferred
• Experience hiring and training hourly team members

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and skills to exceed guests’ expectations
• Ensure team members are treated fairly and with respect while meeting business goals
• Be fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen
• Manage both front and heart of house operations
• Operate the business in accordance with PDQ standards
• Cultivate a diverse culture where team members are safe, secure, and free from harassment
