Pay

Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the applicable local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour; multiple premiums may be earned when applicable criteria are met.
