Pay
Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location).
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
