About the Role
Walmart Supercenter #716 is seeking a Fashion Team Associate to join our team. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the fashion department.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the fashion department
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked
- Process freight and organize inventory
- Provide product knowledge and style recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle transactions when needed
- Keep the department clean and organized
Qualifications
- Ability to work mid-shift or closing shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain merchandise presentation
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
Pay
Hourly wage ranges from $14.00 to $27.00 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be offered based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, with multiple premiums potentially applying.
