Fashion Team Associate
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by assisting customers with fashion-related merchandise
- Maintain product presentation and organization on the sales floor
- Support inventory management and stocking processes
- Operate cash registers and process transactions as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures for safety and security
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-shift and closing hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math and computer skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
Pay
- Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
