Fashion Team Associate
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fashion merchandise selection
- Maintain merchandise displays and keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked
- Process freight and ensure proper placement of fashion products
- Operate cash register and handle transactions as needed
- Support store operations during mid-shift and closing hours
Requirements
- Available for part-time mid-shift and closing schedules
- Ability to work at Walmart Supercenter #7324, 2165 WINCHESTER RD NE, HUNTSVILLE, AL, 35811, US
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentive awards
- Premium pay opportunities ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
